Carol & I both posted this a.m. Of course, Carol posted first. Beside her post it says NEW. Yet, I just posted mine & it doesn't say that. I am just curious... why is that?
Also.. .when you post a recipe and it shows thumbs up... is it Carol or Barbo that put the thumbs up?

I think the NEW notice is something only you see so it's the postings that are new to you. If you've posted it or (in the case of Carol's message) read it, the NEW will not show.

As for the Thumbs Up...any one can do that! I thought it would be a good idea to put the thumbs up for the tried & true recipes. If you click on where it says "Message Icon" a drop down list shows.
The NEW on my message probably disappeared because you had read it so it wasn't NEW to you anymore.
