3 Minute Chocolate Cake Low Carb TNT
This was a big surprise:
I found this on a low carb board and a little bird told me that I should make it and I did. So for those that can have it I recommend it.
3 Minute Chocolate Cake
1/4 c. Almond flour (without the skin on the almonds) 1 tbs. Cocoa powder 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1/4 c. granular Splenda
2 tbs. melted butter 1 tbs. water 1 egg.
Get your two cup pyrex measure cup out and Spray lightly
Whip up your butter, egg and water. Mix your dry ingredients right into the pyrex 2 cupper. Add the wet ingredients and mix. Place a piece of plastic wrap over the pyrex, pop a little hole in middle and microwave on high for 1 minute 25 seconds. Remove wrap and let set up,cooling for a few minutes.
Turn over and pop out of the pyrex. You will have a litte dome shaped cake. Cut into quarters or halves. Lots of ways to eat this, can make a frosting with cream cheese or whatever. I just ate mine plain. It was very moist and very good.
