;D This delicious cake makes up easily and is always delicious. Microwave left overs and it will be like fresh baked all over again.
TNT Hot Fudge Cake Serves 6 @ 4P Preheat oven to 350 Pam spray 6-8oz.-custard cups place on cook sheet.
1 c. all-purpose flour 1/3 c. sugar (Xylitol for diabetics) 1/3 c. Splenda Pinch of salt 1 ½ tsp. baking soda 5 tbs. unsweetened cocoa powder, divided 2/3 c. ff yogurt 1 tbs. vanilla extract 2 tbs. ff milk 2 tbs. diet butter or marg. ¼ c. ff fudge topping ¼ c. dark brown sugar 6 tbs. (1/3 c.) boiling water Whisk in a small bowl, 1/3 c. of sugar or Xylitol, 1/3 c. Splenda, baking soda and 3 tbs. of the cocoa powder, salt. In another small bowl whisk the yogurt, milk, & butter. Combine wet and dry ingredients with a few quick strokes. Divide amongst the custard cups. Mix remaining cocoa, fudge topping and the brown sugar and drop this mixture evenly over the cups. Top with an even amt of boiling water. Bake until firm about 15 –18 min. Cool and turn upside down over serving plate. Yum serve with whipped topping.
