This recipe originally used flour. I have used semolina and added apple sauce.
2 overripe bananas 1 Tbsp apple sauce 1/2 cup splenda 2 eggs 1.5 cups semolina 1 tsp salt 1 tsp bicarbonate soda 1 tsp baking powder
mash bananas add apple sauce and eggs mix thoroughly stir in the rest of the ingredients and pour into loaf tin.
Bake on 160c for 50 -60 min.
very moist and tasty.
