TNT Barbo's Low Carb Pasta Dish This recipe gets a STAR
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees Pam spray a large glass casserole dish 8 servings
Sauce: 1 jar Silver Palette Marinara Sauce 1 red onion, sliced into med thick match sticks 3-4 cloves minced garlic Fresh parsley and basil, to taste, chopped Extra virgin olive oil Saute veggies in oil until almost clear, add sauce and cook on low until sauce is reduced to very thick.
3 Cheeses shredded: One lb. total cheese Mozzarella Parmigiana Regiana Sharp cheddar (I used Irish Cheddar) Set Aside
Spaghetti and Spaghetti Squash Micro bake 1/2 large spaghetti squash Place in collander and drain well pressing down until the squash releases all it's liquid. Cook al dente 4 oz. DREAMFIELD'S SPAGHETTI, drain It has only 7 grams of usuable carbs. for 3/4 c. Mix squash and spaghetti with a bit of olive oil and butter. Set Aside.
Lay a ladle of sauce in casserole dish, layer with spaghetti, sauce and cheese, continue layering until all ingredients are used up ending with cheese. Cover with foil, place on cookie sheet and bake for about 55 minutes. Let stand about 5 minutes then slice and serve.
