bring 2/3 cp vinegar,1/3 water,1 cup splenda,celery salt & 1/4cp canola oil to a boil & let cool. Chop red bell pepper,celery,red onion,carrots,add can of corn & kraut,drained. Pour the dressing over & chill over night.Keeps for a very long time.
