Broccoli frittatta I sauteed 1/2 cup each red,green pepper,purple onion chopped 2 cloves of garlic minced 1 cup broccoli, cayenne pepper ,seasoned salt in 1 tsp olive oil in an iron skillet. Then beat 2 eggs w/ skimmed milk poured over vegies & sprinkled shredded ff cheddar over top. Baked at 350 for 20 minutes
You can vary so many different vegies & spices to suit your own taste.
