1/2 cup oil ( can use olive) 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce 2 Tbsp. stadium/brown mustard 2 Tbsp. vinegar 1 teas. pepper 1 teas. garlic powder 1 teas. fresh lemon juice
Mix all ingredients together and pour over chicken. Marinate for up to 24 hours. Grill or cook in oven. The grilled chicken is very good cold and can be cut up for salads. I use boneless skinless chicken breast cut into strips. Be sure to grill enough because it goes fast and is usually a big hit at parties
