The girls on our W/W site rave about this no count kebab meatloaf.
1 lb minced lean lamb, 3 tsp dried mint 2 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp mint sauce or 1 Tbs chopped fresh mint 1 tsp garlic granules or 1-2 cloves of garlic crushed 1 tsp onion salt or 1/2 small onion minced 1/2 tsp salt generous grind of black pepper.
Oven temp mod hot 375f/190c/gas 5
Method.
Put everything in a food processor until all blended and smoothes out Form into a meat loaf shape (at this stage I would wrap in cling film and place in fridge for 30min) Place on rack in baking pan, bake in middle of oven for about an hour. or until thoroughly cooked through.
