Sally's Texas Blackberry Cobbler

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

Pam spray a 9"x9" baking pan

Sweeten:
2 1/2 c. berries
1 c. sugar
Set aside

Dry Mix:
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder mix well together

Wet Mix:
3/4 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Mix well.

1 stick butter melted

Directions:
Mix dry and wet together and pour into the prepared
baking pan. Pour melted butter over the dough.

Spoon blackberry/sugar mixture over top. Bake 350 degrees
for about 45 minutes. Dough rises to the top and berries to
the bottom.
