Tami's Tender Ribs
I lined a shallow baking pan with foil before placing the ribs in the pan, seasoned the ribs with Cavendars Greek seasoning,(salt and pepper would work too) covered them with a sliced onion and then poured one can of beer over the top. Cover the pan tightly with foil and put them in a preheated 325 oven for 2 hours.
Then carefully remove ribs from oven, uncover and remove the onions. Pre heat the grill throw in a few hickory chips, and baste ribs with store bought Bar-b-que sauce, Sweet Baby Rays hot and spicy to be exact. Cook for about 15 minutes per side, baste with more sauce. Let rest for 5 - 10 minutes before slicing ribs apart.
These ribs nearly fell off the bone and were the best ribs I have ever had.
