Coconut Shimp WW HE

From WW Winner Circle Cook Book It is listed as an appitizer so 3 shrimp are 2 points (I had 6 for 4) Coconut Shrimp 1/4 cup skim milk 3 tbsp flour 24 medium shrimp (about 1/2 lb) 1/2 cup flaked coconut, chopped 1/4 cup cornflake crumbs
1. Heat oven to 450. Spray 10x15 inch pan w/ cooking dpray (I used parchment) 2. In large bowl mix flour & milk, add shrimp - toss to coat. 3. In zip top bag mix cocnut & cornflake crumbs. Add shrimp a few at a time, shake to coat. 4. Place shrimp in a single layer in pan. Cook for 5 minutes on each side.
