Maryland Crab Cakes.......HE/WW

Maryland Crab Cakes (HE'S Cooking Across America, pg 82) Serves 6 (2 cakes each)
3 tbl fat-free mayonnaise 2 tbl yellow mustard (I used 4 tsps) 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 egg or egg substitute 3 (4.5 oz drained weight) cans crabmeat drained and flaked 6 tbl reduced fat Bisquick 2 tsp dried parsley flakes
Combine mayo, mustard, worcestershire sauce and egg. Add crab, bisquick & parsley flakes. Mix well, Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup as a guide, form into 12 cakes. Place cakes on hot griddle sprayed with butter falvor cooking spray. Brown for 3-4 min on each side. Note: I mixed everything except the crab that I cut in chunks. I added this after I mixed the other ingrediant to keep the chunks whole. It was great.
HE 2 1/4 protein, 1/3 bread, 5 opt cal 106 cal, 2gm fat, 15 gm pro, 7gm carbs, 442 mg sodium 85 mg calcium, 0 gm fiber
Diabetic: 2 1/2 meat, 1/2 starch
Weight Watchers: 1 point per cake
