Tamale Nuggets WW
12 nuggets and 1 point each
¾ cup cornmeal (4.5 oz.)
½ tsp. salt
1 ½ cups low fat milk
One egg beaten, or ¼ c. egg sub
2 oz. reduced fat cheddar cheese
Mix cornmeal, salt and milk together over medium heat stirring constantly until thick.
Cool slightly and stir in egg and grated cheese.
Drop into simmering chili, or soup. Cover and cook for 20 minutes without peeking.
This yields 12 nuggets @ 1 P each
