I had this at my Aunts,so easy & good. 1 & 1/4 cp ketchup dash worcestershire dash cayenne pepper 12oz diet cola Mix & set aside
Dust chicken w/garlic powder.Heat nonstick skillet.I use 4 tsp canola oil to get my daily oil.Brown chicken on both sides.(I used skinless,boneless chicken thighs) Add cola mixture.Reduce heat,cover & simmer 30 minutes or untill juices run clear,turning once.Remove cover;increase heat to medium & simmer untill sauce is reduced & thickened.Spoon sauce over chicken when serving.
When I made this Monday I sauteed an onion & celery then added it to the sauce.It was great.
