Cranberry-Nut Turkey Salad

Ingredients
1 pound boneless, skinless turkey breast(s), cooked, cut in 1/2-inch cubes 1/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise 1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt 1/4 cup scallion(s), chopped 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted 2 Tbsp dried cranberries 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard 1/8 tsp table salt, or to taste 1/8 tsp black pepper, or to taste 4 cup romaine lettuce, torn
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients, except lettuce, in a medium bowl; mix well and serve over lettuce. Yields about 1 1/2 cups per serving.
