Hungry Girls Rockin' Taco Salad Taco-tastic! Taco salads have been around since the 60s. And they seem to be getting greasier and more calorie-packed as the years go on. But don't worry, HG has concocted an AWESOME recipe for a guilt-free version of this Mexican fave. This lighter take on the taco salad is incredibly delicious, and amazingly low in calories and fat. Ingredients: 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped 1/2 package (4.5 oz) Boca Chili 1/4 tomato, diced 1 oz. Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 Tbsp. Knudsen's Light Sour Cream 1/4 cup chunky salsa 2 black olives, chopped or sliced 6 Guiltless Gourmet Tortilla Chips (any flavor), crushed
Directions: Prepare Boca Chili as directed on package. Place lettuce in big bowl. Top with tomatoes. Add chili and cheese. Top with olives, salsa and sour cream. Then finish off with crushed tortilla chips and enjoy! Serves 1.
