Italian Shrimp and Pasta Salad...2 Pts{trying this today}
Prep Time: 7 minutes Cooking Time: 10 minutes
1/2 cup whole wheat pasta spirals 3 oz. canned tiny shrimp 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved 1/4 cup torn basil leaves 1 tsp. Italian seasoning 1 tsp. olive oil
-In a medium pot of rapidly boiling water, cook pasta 8-10 minutes.Drain in colander & rinse with cold water until cool to touch. -Place pasta, shrimp, tomatoes, basil seasoning & oil in large bowl; toss to coat.
Makes 2 servings
Per Serving: 99 calories, 10 grams protein, 10 grams carbs, 3 grams fat, 0.5 grams saturated fat, 87 mg. cholesterol, 2 grams fiber, 360 mg. sodium
