Coleslaw 1 bag of shredded cabbage and carrot 2 tbs. minced onion Dressing: 1/3 c. granulated Splenda ½ tsp. kosher salt ½ tsp. fresh ground black pepper ½ c. light mayonnaise or ff mayo Core ¼ c. buttermilk ¼ c. ff sour cream 1 ½ tbs. vinegar 2-½ tbs. lemon or limejuice Combine all of the dressing ingredients and beat until smooth. Add cabbage mix and onions and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
