This is what I always make for home in the summer serve with grilled meat and 0 point veggies and call it supper. I usally add some spicy mustard and little squirt of horseradish sauce gives it more zip. Also I tend to use seasoned salt instead of plain salt. I always count it 1 point for a 1/4 cup just in case I have to have more than the regular 3/4 cup serving. Hope you try it. Jane

LO FAT POTATO SALAD

24 ounces potatoes -- cubed and cooked
2 egg -- boiled - peeled-diced
1/4 cup relish
1/4 cup onion -- diced small
1/4 cup celery -- diced small or celery salt
2 tablespoons sugar substitute -- or to taste (optional)
1/4 cup light mayo ( such as hellmans just to good)
1/2 cup fat-free miracle whip
1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper
mix all ingredients in large bowl cover and refrigerate
sprinkle with paparika if desired
serves 6 3 points @ 3/4 cup
