LO FAT MACARONI SALAD

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 6 ounces macaroni- cooked-drained ( I use pasta thats 3 points @ 2 dry oz or 56 grams) usually a low carb (mueller low carb or dreamfield brands) these are high in fiber too. 2 egg -- boiled - peeled-diced 1/4 cup relish 1/4 cup onion -- diced small 1/4 cup celery -- diced small or celery salt 2 tablespoons sugar substitute -- or to taste (optional) 1/4 cup light mayo ( such as hellmans just to good) 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper I use some spicy mustard & squirt of horseradish sauce. I also like to use seasoned salt instead of regular salt.
mix all ingredients in large bowl cover and refrigerate
sprinkle with paparika if desired
serves 6 3 points @ 3/4 cup
