Side Dishes | The original recipe suggests using plain yogurt and also includes 1/2 teaspoon of celery seed. The Granny smith apple is to be cored and thinly sliced. The celery is to be chopped and the red seedless grapes should be halved. Instead of Splenda, the original recipe called for sugar.
Ingredients
1/4 cup orange juice 1/4 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt 2 Tbsp Light Mayonnaise 1 Tbsp lemon juice, canned or bottled 1 Tbsp SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener 8 oz packaged coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots) 1 large Granny Smith apple(s) 1 cup celery 1 cup grapes
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the orange juice, yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice and Splenda. Add the coleslaw mix, apple, celery and grapes, then toss gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Serves six.
