1 1/2 cups fat-free mayonnaise 2 tablespoons cider vinegar 2 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute 1 teaspoon celery seeds 1 teaspoon ground dried mustard 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 dash cayenne pepper salt and pepper 1 (16 ounce) bag coleslaw mix
Mix together first 8 ingredients in a small bowl. Add to coleslaw mix.
