One Pan Chicken and Potato Bake
Serves 4
4 Chicken Breasts, no bone, no skin
4 Large Potatoes, cut into wedges
1/4 Cup Fat Free Zesty Italian Dressing
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place Potatoes and Chicken in 9 x 13 baking dish.
Pour dressing over the chicken and potatoes, then sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 1 hour or till chicken it cooked through. If desired, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
