BLT in a Bowl
1/4 cup UNcooked elbow macaroni 3 Tbsp. fat free mayonaise 4 tsp. chili sauce 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules 1 plum tomato, chopped 2 Tbsp. chopped red onion 1 cup torn iceberg lettuce 1 bacon strip, cooked and crumbled
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain & rinse in cold water. In a small bowl, combine the mayonaise, chili sauce, lemon juice, sugar & bouillon; stir in the macaroni, tomato & onion. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve in lettuce lined bowl; sprinkle with bacon.
Yield: 1 serving{1 1/2 cups} 199 calories, 5 grams fat, 3 grams fiber, 6 grams protein.
