Pizzeria Chicken 2 12x18-inch sheets heavy duty aluminum 2 4-ounce boneless skinless chicken breast halves 1/2 cup pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce 1/2 cup fat free mozzarella cheese, shredded 10 turkey pepperoni slices 1/2 medium green bell pepper*, chopped 1/2 small onion*, chopped 1. Preheat oven to 450°F or grill to medium-high. 2. Spray foil with nonstick spray. 3. Center one chicken breast half on each sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil. 4. Spoon pizza sauce over chicken. 5. Sprinkle with cheese. 6. Top with pepperoni and vegetables. 7. Bring up foil sides. 8. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. 9. Repeat to make two packets. 10.Bake 18 to 22 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven or grill 10 to 12 minutes in covered grill. Notes: Substitute your favorite pizza toppings for the pepperoni, green pepper and onion. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving, if desired.
