WW Cheese Dumplings:
WW Cheese Dumplings from an old WW Cookbook ( I love these dumplings) 2 servings:
1 egg beaten 1 slice bread (your choice) made into crumbs 1 oz. shredded cheese (your choice) salt to taste black pepper to taste 1-2 c. chicken or beef broth (or dropped into your soup)
Mix dumplings and let stand for 30 minutes Have the broth boiling and drop them in by tbs. or whatever size you wish. Let dumplings cook covered simmering for 10 minutes. These are very filling and tasty. If you don't have a soup made you can just add veggies to the broth.
