Dijon Chicken Salad Serves 2 (1/2 cup per serving)
2 Tbsp Fat Free Mayonaise 2 tsp. dijon mustard 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion 1 cup diced cooked chicken breast 1/8 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning 1 TBSP. Fat Free Ranch Dressing 1 tsp. Relish.
In a medium bowl, combine mayo, mustard, and onion. Add chicken and lemon pepper. Toss gently to combine. Serve on lettuce as a salad or use as a sandwich filling.
