Creamy Strawberry Shortcakes Prep: 10 min Ready In: 10 min Serves: 2 Ingredients 2 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Light Cream Cheese Spread 1 Tbsp. KRAFT PURE Strawberry Jam 2 individual sponge cake shells 3/4 cup sliced strawberries (about 8 medium) 2 Tbsp. thawed COOL WHIP Light Whipped Topping Directions 1 COMBINE cream cheese and jam; spoon evenly over shortcakes.
