Peanut Butter Fudge Ingredients: 2 tbsp peanut butter 1/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder 1 tsp honey 1 tbsp water Preparation: Combine all ingredients, mix well. Place on a sheet of wax paper, shapeinto a rectangle about 1/2 inch high. Press firmly in place. Chill 30 minutes, cut into squares and serve.. REMEMBER...THIS IS TWO SERVINGS..... Per serving: 9g protein, 8g fat, 12g carb., 163mg sodium, 2mg chol., 147 calories. Serves: 2
