LOW FAT BAKE MIX
3 1/4 c all-purpose flour 1/2 c Splenda * Granular 1 c dry skim milk 1/2 c cornstarch 1 tbsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 1/2 tsp salt 3 tbsp light butter -- or low fat margerine
Mix all ingredients together. Cover tightly to store. Stir before using. Substitue in recipes calling for all purpose baking mix, such as Bisquick.
Yield: 4 1/4 cups
Per 1/4 cup: 3 Points
Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 139 Calories; 1g Fat (8.8% calories from fat); 5g Protein; 26g Carbohydrate; 1g Dietary Fiber; 5mg Cholesterol; 399mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1 1/2 Grain(Starch); 0 Lean Meat; 1/2 Non-Fat Milk; 0 Fat; 0 Other Carbohydrates.
