BARBO'S PINEAPPLE COLESLAW
1 1lb. Bag coleslaw mix 3/4 c. ff mayonnaise 1/3 c. Splenda 1/3 c. vinegar 8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
Put mix into bowl along with the drained pineapple. Make dressing, taste and add more Salt, Splenda or vinegar and when seasoned to your taste add dressing. Toss and chill well. If slaw is too watery just drain before serving.
