Core Foods Quick Start Shopping List There are a lot of great foods on the Core Food List, but where do you begin at the grocery store? Stock up on these basics and you'll be a Core Plan pro in no time.
Fresh fruits, such as: Apples Avocado Bananas Blueberries Cantaloupe Grapefruit Grapes Oranges
Fresh vegetables, such as: Asparagus Broccoli Corn Potatoes Salad greens Spinach Tomatoes Yams
