GRILLED FRESH SALMON BURGERS
1 pound salmon fillet -- no bone or skin
1/3 cup fresh bread crumbs--works out to 10 calories or 0 Pts
1/4 cup bread and butter pickles -- finely chopped, optional --works out to 11 calories or 0 Pts
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions--use regular yellow onion
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 large egg -- beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

TOP WITH
4 slices mozzarella cheese -- optional or count WPA's
toasted Kaiser buns-optional or count WPA's
leaf lettuce and/or tomato slices
Preheat the grill to medium high.
Flake the raw salmon using 2 forks.
Mix with the bread crumbs, pickles, onion, mustard, egg, salt & pepper.
Form into 4 large patties and place on a baking sheet lined with Reynold's Release Non-Stick Grill Foil.
Slide the foil on to the preheated grill.
Grill patties for 8-10 minutes per side or until golden & cooked through.
Top with the cheese if using.
Spread the dressing on each roll , top with lettuce & a salmon patty.
Serve with extra pickles on the side if desired.
