T'NT Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Shrimp Stew

Trader Joe's Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Shrimp Stew TNT *****
1 carton Roasted Red Pepper Soup
*1 jar, roasted red pepper, eggplant and garlic spread,drained
16 oz. thawed baby shrimp aka salad shrimp
2 limes squeezed
Greek seasoning, a couple shakes
Coarse black pepper to taste.
Brown rice, cooked
Bring soup ingredients together, except shrimp and rice.
Simmer for 10 minutes. Dump in shrimps and simmer another 8 minutes.
Place brown rice into each bowl and place stew over top.
Was great served with a good salad.
Pass the hot sauce.
* If you can't find that just use a jar of roasted red peppers,
drained.
