CRUSTLESS PUMPKIN PIE
14 ozs canned pumpkin 1 1/2 cups water 2/3 cup dry skim milk 1/2 cup Splenda * Granular 2 large eggs -- beaten 1 tbsp vanilla 2 tsps pumpkin pie spice 1/2 tsp salt
Mix ingredients until smooth. Pour into a Pam sprayed 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350° for 45-55 minutes. Test with a knife...if it comes out clean it is baked. Cool
