Kates banana fritters (core)
Two bananas cut in 4 pieces & split 1 egg about a 1/4 cup of dry grits dash of cinnamon & nutmeg a little vanilla ( if desired)I used almond extract sf ff syrup butter pam or ff margerine
Beat the egg add van & spices.put the grits in a seperate bowl & add more spices.Dip bananas in egg then dip in grits,coating them thoroughly.Spray skillet( I used olive oil & counted the point) Fry untill browned on both sides.They are nice & crspy outside & soft inside.Dip them in syrup Or pour over & use a foork.Have as many as you want to be satisfied,make more if need be.
Every one here tried these & loved them.Austin is picky but he ate a bunch. ;D
