Low Carb Old Fashioned Egg Custard Makes 6 Servings 1 cup Splenda® 4 whole eggs 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 3 cups Hood Calorie Countdown 2% Reduced Fat Dairy Beverage or Calorie Countdown 2% Reduced Fat Chocolate Dairy Beverage Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl, blend all ingredients for 1-2 minutes. Pour into 8" x8" glass dish or 1 1/2 quart glass baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Place baking dish into a larger baking dish half-filled with water. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F and continue to bake for 30 minutes. When done (knife will come out clean), remove both dishes from oven. Take baking dish out of bigger pan and allow to cool. Refrigerate if not using immediately.
