TNT Barbo's Pancakes Hi Pro Low Carb
In blender place: 3 eggs 1/2 c. whole fat cottage cheese 1/4 c. cream or use low carb milk 1/2 c. low carb baking mix (Carbquick or other) 1/3 c. protein powder (I use Whey vanilla) sugar free 2 tbs. Splenda 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Just whirl until nice and smooth
Makes about 5-6 pancakes, all depends on the size you make them.
Cook as for regular pancakes, these are thinner than regular. We use melted butter and sugar free, carb free pancake syrup heated.
