Cranberry Sauce
Recipe By : Carol Williams
12 ounces fresh cranberries
1 cup splenda
1 cup water
2 tablespoons orange zest
-In a medium saucepan mix the water & splenda, stir to dissolve. -Bring mixture to a boil, add the cleaned cranberries & return to a boil. -Reduce heat & boil gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. -Remove from heat, cool completely at room temperature. -Process in water bath canner if desired or freeze.Will keep in the fridge for quite awhile. -36 T. @ 1.9 minus 0.4 gr. fiber= 1.5 carbs.
