Angy's Angel Food Cake
Angy's wonderful recipe Pam Spray small Bundt or Loaf pan Ingredients: 8 eggs, separated, set aside 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar 6 pkg. sugar substitute, divided 1 pkg. sugar free cocoa mix 1 tbs. unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tbs. chocolate protein powder 1/4 c. soy flour 1/4 tsp. salt In a small mixing bowl place the soy flour, Cocoa powder, protein powder, dash of salt And mix well.
Beat egg whites with cream of tarter until stiff but Not dry, adding 3 pkgs. Sugar sub. In a separate bowl mix egg yolks with 3 pkg. sugar Substitute and a couple tablespoons of the dry mixture, Combine well. Take a spoonful of the whites and Add to the yolk mixture, then add the rest of the whites To the yolks mixture, sift the dry mix over all and Fold all together carefully and place into a small Bundt pan, Or loaf pan. Bake 350 for 20 minutes or until firm. Do not over bake! Frost with chocolate or Peanut butter frosting
