4 cups iceberg lettuce -- shredded
1/2 whole green onion -- chopped
1 cup celery -- thinly sliced
3 cups chicken -- chopped
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
4 ounces sliced almonds
1/2 cup oil
4 tablespoons rice vinegar -- non sweetened
1 teaspoon Accent� seasoning mix
2 packets Splenda or Equal
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1/2 cup bean sprouts -- optional
11.5 minus 4.4 dietary fiber=7.1 grams carb per serving
Yield: 4 servings
Mix all salad ingredients together in a large bowl,
including seeds and almonds.
Dressing:
2 pkgs. Splenda or Equal or to taste
1 tsp. accent
4 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup oil
Mix all together and pour over salad.
Notes: How about fresh crunchy bean sprouts instead of
fried noodles? 1/2 c. would add 1 gram carb per serving.
