Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ --------------------------------
1 pound Cheddar cheese -- grated
2 Tablespoons butter -- melted
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 cup cream
2 eggs -- beaten
Melt butter and Cheddar Cheese in microwave. Put cheese mixture and remaining ingredients in food processor. Run to blend thoroughly. Pour mixture back into large glass measure or bowl. Heat in microwave about 5 minutes on 5, stirring once or twice.

this makes a wonderful rich creamy sauce. It makes quite a bit, but I've frozen it successfully.
