Teriyaki Marinade, lowcarb

** Low-Carb Teriyaki Marinade **
1/4 cup soy sauce (0) 1/4 cup vinegar (?) 1 garlic clove, crushed (1 gram) 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger (?) 1 finely chopped green onion (maybe 1) Splenda or liquid stevia, to taste
Use to marinade meat or fish - marinade for at least an hour before cooking.
