I tried these chips the other day for DH and I for lunch and they are outstanding! I did some with just salt and some with seasoning salt. I sprayed the parchment paper with olive oil spray and also the tops of the potato slices and then sprinkled the seasoning on. I used a mandolin slicer to make them very thin. Each batch took about 5-6 minutes in my microwave. If any of the slices are touching they will stick together so space them out in single layers not touching. I did one large baking potato and had to divide it up into 4 batches to microwave them. You get a huge pile of chips for so little points.

Ingredients
1 medium potato(es)
Seasoning of choice (salt, seasoning salt, garlic, onion etc.)
butter flavored cooking spray ( I used Olive oil spray)
Instructions
Clean and scrub potato and slice VERY thin. Place slices on cooking sprayed parchment paper or wax paper and sprinkle with fat free seasoning of choice. Cook in microwave for about 2 - 7 minutes till taters turn brown. Time will vary depending on microwave and how thin the potato slices are. Take out and let cool for a few seconds and enjoy!
You really have to watch these...all microwaves are different!!!
People have tried all sorts of seasonings on these..sour cream and onion, old bay, chili lime, cheddar, even soaking the slices in vinegar and just salting them!! I see most are getting their seasonings next to the popcorn at the store.
