I made this in the bread machine and it was very successful.
650gms semolina 2 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar 1 satchet{package} fast bake yeast 400ml hand{tap} hot water.
Put in machine according to manufacturers instructions and use basic setting.
If you wish to make by hand.
Mix all the dry ingredients together and add water slowly. knead for 10mins cover and leave to rise.
Put into tins or shape into loaf and leave to rise till double the size.
Bake middle of the oven for 30 - 35 mins at 230c
