CAROL'S BROWN SUGAR SPLENDA BLEND
2 cups Splenda * Granular 1 cup light brown sugar
Place the Splenda Granular in a food processor or cup container for the immersion hand blender. Process until the Splenda is powdered. Place the brown sugar in a bowl, add the powdered Splenda; mix until well combined. Place mixture into an airtight container.
When a recipe calls for 1 cup brown sugar, just use 1/2 cup of this mixture. Yield : 2 cups
