CAROL'S NECTARINE-BLUEBERRY CRISP
2 tbsp quick-cooking oats 2 tbsp all-purpose flour 3 tbsp light brown sugar 2 tbsp light butter -- icy cold 8 large nectarines -- peel, pit & slice{or peaches} 1 cup fresh blueberries -- or frozen{ or a handful of raspberries for Peach Melba Crisp} 1/3 cup sugar 1 tbsp flour 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Place the first four ingredients in a small bowl; cut the butter in until the mixture forms crumbs that will hold together. Perpare the fruit , add the sugar, flour & nutmeg; mix well. Divide the fruit into 6{10 oz each} Pam sprayed custard cups or ramekins Sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over the fruit. Bake at 375° for about 30 minutes or until the fruit is bubbly & the topping is a golden brown.
Serves 6 @ 3 Points each
