CAROL'S BLACK FOREST CREAM PIE.....5 Points
Recipe By : Carol Wlliams Serving Size : 8
1 Keebler Chocolate Crust 1 package sugar free-fat free instant pudding -- chocolate fudge 1 1/4 cups water 2/3 cup dry skim milk 1 1/2 cups Light Cherry Pie Filling 1 cup Cool Whip Light 1/4 ounce semisweet chocolate square -- grated or shaved 1/4 cup maraschino cherries -- chopped fine
In a small bowl mix together the skim milk powder and the pudding mix.Using a whisk, mix in the water until thickened and creamy.Pour into the chocolate crust. Chill pudding layer for 15 minutes, spread on the pie filling then spread on the Cool whip. Shave the chocolate and sprinkle evenly over cool whip. Sprinkle on the chopped cherries if using. Chill for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
8 servings: 223.4 calories, 0.1 gr. fiber,2.2 gr. fat, 16.7% calories from fat,5 WW Points
Hint: to make it taste even more like Black Forest I stir in 3 or 4 drops of Kirsch Extract into the pie filling before spreading it on.You could use a tablespoon of Kirsch{Cherry Brandy} but I don't have the numbers for it.
