Macaroni Bake Serves: 6 WW Points: 7 Ingredients: 1/2 pound lean ground beef 2 cloves garlic — chopped 1 can crushed tomatoes 16 ounces elbow macaroni — cooked 4 ounces part skim milk mozzarella cheese — shredded 1 teaspoon olive oil 1 tablespoon red wine pinch italian seasoning Instructions: Preheat oven to 350. In a large skillet, brown meat in 1 tsp olive oil. Add garlic about halfway through the browning process. Once meat is brown, add crushed tomatoes to skillet. Add red wine and italian seasoning. In a large casserole dish, combine cooked pasta with the meat and tomato sauce mixture. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top. Bake uncovered until cheese is melted and brown, approximately 35-40 mins.
